Esc Building develops, holds, and expands its own portfolio of hotel properties. In addition to our own projects, we continuously evaluate suitable hotel properties and project developments that would strategically fit into our existing portfolio.

Our focus is on existing properties starting at €4 million, as well as hotel developments in the DACH region and the Benelux countries. Acquisitions are selective, situation-dependent, and based on clearly defined quality and location criteria.
